Webinar Description:

Violence in the hospital emergency department is a well documented and serious problem. Workplace violence is a top priority for research and practice at ENA. A recent study of more than 7,000 emergency department nurses found that more than half of nurses reported experiencing verbal abuse and 12.9% reported experiencing physical violence. The ENA put together a workplace violence toolkit and information about the toolkit will be discussed.
